Ibiza 2007 !!!!!

What date is everyone going Im out middle of August with about 130 of the stinkys lot. There is 40ish on our plane i think !

3 nights in Sept (Sun 8th - Wed 12th) - with Wes/Jamie/Paul

TBH Ibiza just dosnt have the same feel to it that it had years ago, it is over populated with Club 18-30's, s h i t e nights and too many people bugging you to go to some dodgy night at Eden! The only place's I would venture there are Space and DC10 now..last time i went, i needed a holiday when I came back!

I would much rather have two weeks in peace and tranquility with my family..and if anything do a long weekend to Ibiza purely to get t w a t t e d..

Sonar looks - and has done for the last couple of years, a much more inviting prospect!

its obvious from these comments that you've not been to Ibiza over the past few years..... so prob best leaving the critical analysis for places you know

its obvious from these comments that you've not been to Ibiza over the past few years..... so prob best leaving the critical analysis for places you know

I was in Ibiza 3 years ago..I went to Pacha, Amnseia, DC10 and Space so feel I am in a position to state MY opinion on what I think of it..it is in no way a slagging off of anyones choice of holiday..I just didnt enjoy it as much as I have in the past

If anything it is full of Spaniards and Italians all in 'hate the English' mode.

Last year Space was ok, but the higher amount of kn0bs than previous years standing around thinking they owned the place and making snide comments kinda took the gloss of it for me. Also don't really like the New Terrace.

On the other hand Cream at Amnesia was/is top drawer - friendly crowd, top tunes (terrace), air conditioning and water was only £5 a bottle!

it is no longer over-populated by Club 18-30's reps, i didn't really come across any pub crawls/massive groups of kn0bs last year. In general it was quieter & there's less of that element.
there are loads of wicked nights at really cool venues, if all you look at are Pacha/Amnesia/Eden etc listings of course all you're going to get is a load of trance for the masses & superstar DJs @ ridiculous prices.
Flyering has been illegal on Ibiza for a few years now, so there's no pestering & even when it was allowed it was only when you walked through the main bit of San An that it happened....which after 1 visit, most people steer clear of.
If you venture to some places other than Space/DC10 maybe you'd come home a little more rewarded & satisfied with your holiday (and less in need of a holiday!), there's some ace beaches/bars/restuarants/parties off the beaten track (yet, easy enough to find out about) & you can be assured the crowd, atmoshphere & vibe are probably more what you're looking for.
Peace & tranquility can be achieved in Ibiza, if you stay away from San An & Playa Den Bossa it is possible to have a family holiday, with peace & quiet, yet know that 20 mins drive & you're in the biggest club in the world.
I feel like i shouldn't be going on like this* and people will take the p1ss, but IMO it needs saying.

I think last year Ibiza came into its own for me cos, although i'd been to DC10 2 or 3 times in previous years, i'd never had a good time there.... until last year.

Anyway, from what i've read/heard there's a good chance T will make his Ibiza debut this summer...
