Technique 6th birthday. 31st March @ The Warehouse
room 1 - The Plump DJ's Kid Blue McQueen Dave Martin
room 2 - Infant Records Party featuring: Simon Baker Anthony Collins
Technique celebrates its 6th birthday with the return of one of its longest standing friends - The Plump DJs. The Plumps' appearance at the Corn Exchange in 2001 was one of the parties that really put Technique on the map, and they're one of the few acts to have rocked both Oslo and The Mint Club over the course of the night's history, so it's fitting that they return tonight to shake the Warehouse to its foundations. Currently in fine form and due to drop their fourth artist album later this year, they're the undisputed kings of breaks, and they are joined tonight by Technique's own Kid Blue and McQueen for what is sure to be an ass-shaking celebration of six years of quality clubbing! Upstairs, The loft is taken over by our very own Simon Bakers' Infant records! This cutting edge label is getting respect and it's releases are smashing dancefloors all around the world. Representing Infant tonight is Anthony Collins, the rising star of the French scene and head honcho Simon Baker who'll be laying down the deep electronic house and techno all night long. Watch out for the afters too, when Jay Kilka & Dave Martin will be taking you through to the small hours in true Technique style.
