It's just a light outdoors jacket (as in not a suit jacket) from River Island.

See Ali's just making it up. Bet he always pretends he's left something at peoples houses on the off chance that they find something to give him!
To be honest I haven't looked properly. Ow has found his jeans though so that's a good sign.
Have you asked Pete1 if it's in his car?
