Chris just told me that after careful consideration last night after watching the film he'd go as far as to say its the "best film ever made".
thats some statement. and he's a big film buff.
thoughts?

Chris just told me that after careful consideration last night after watching the film he'd go as far as to say its the "best film ever made". thats some statement. and he's a big film buff. thoughts? well it is quite stunning to look at, and obviously the story-line is from one of the finest books ever written, so that's fantastic as well i know a couple of people who have said that the ending is a bit too long, but i think they seem to forget that this is a true epic journey, and so personally i think the ending is perfect i think it can genuinely go down as the greatest trilogy ever

Finally saw it this weekend gotta say I was a bit disappointed. Frodo needed a huge slap by the end.
