"There and back again."
A RudeNot2 tale, written by Bilbo Ba...er.....T-Boy.
On a quiet, snowy, New Years Eve in 2003, somewhere in the Cleakheaton countryside....
....the RudeNot2 fancy dress party was well underway.
The theme was to come dressed as a country, and so many nationalities were represented.
From left to right, above, we have: Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Bolivia and Peru.....
Here we were pleased to have Egypt and Morocco in attendance.
And....er..... "other".
There was also good diplomatic progress made with the relationship between Ancient Rome and Jordan.
As the night progressed, Jordan and an increasingly insane-looking Costa Rica joined forces to wreck havoc on Spain.
And you will notice France, sculking around in the background, not wanting to get involved.
The American Indians were also represented, and their squaws were very warm and friendly all night.
The entertainment on offer also included a special 'hotmix' from our Mexican representative.
Of course, when so many countries get together, there will always be casualties.
Here, Irelands representative dreams of being back in Lephrechaun land, guarding her pot of gold.
Here, Peru has finally succumbed to the rigours of war.
And, finally, no matter our differences on other topics..... here is the one thing all countries agreed to act on.
