dunno why, but not been able to get on here for over a week
anyhow, thursday should be a good one lookin forward to it
went to basics on saturday, and it was even better than last week which was the best night i've had at rehab
went to peephouse for the afterparty....the less said about that the better
ivan smagge = very very bad influence

Doubt i'll be off to Sankeys**, its a mates' birthday and he's out drinking in Leeds on friday so will prob go out in with them....
Saturday - think i'm off to Asylum @ Mint, there's some DJ from NYC on who sounds quite good....a pioneer of the New York Disco House sound apparently...a few mates from York are coming over for that so will prob go there...think i'm going to leave Basics for a few weeks till there's someone i really wanna see on...
My last visit to Rehab was for a 20:20 night, it was dead and the atmos was zero.
**Might be going for Wooly & Tim Deluxe Live next saturday.

If the line-up had been different i might have gone, i really fancy something a bit lighter than 20:20 sound. Don't get me wrong some of the best sets i've heard @ Basics have been by Ralph and Silicone Soul have been good before....just last time i went it was pretty much the same musically as it is on saturday and i didn't have a particularly good night.
When i make a return to Basics i want it to be to see someone i wanna see, where i know i'll be bang up for it and contributing to this resuscitated vibe! Justin Long might be the date in question AND most definately Mark Farina.
