Live @ The Underground w/c 01/11/04
Alright everyone,
Bit of a mad one last week, Guest mix which was planned for the 3rd show fell thru at the last minute, so after a rather hectic rush (to put it lightly) we managed to get 6am and Asylum resident Toby Wiltshire to step in for us. Toby didn't disappoint, and treated us to half an hour of electro ass shakin house music!
Coming up tonight we have a guest mix from Technique resident Dave Martin. After a quite astounding set back to back with Magda @ the Mint Club on Saturday, Dave will be treating us to just over 40 minutes of lush minimal grooves and freaky electro! Dave will be on at 9pm, and either side of that expect some of the best underground house, techno and electro from Adam Daniels and Private Parts!
Also, big competiton tonight, we have not one but two wonderful CD's for you lot to get your hand's on, the first being the Enik album - Without a Bark, which comes courtesy of Wonder Records in Germany! This cd comprises electronic experimental beats with Enik's spooky vocals, perfect for the wee hours of the morning after a heavy night out! Wonder have also been kind enough to throw in the new Christian Harder album - Goodbye Monkey Gravity. On a more of an electroclash/techno'y tip, fans of Tiefschawrz/Swayzak and Blackstrobe will find this right up their street! All you have to do to get your mits on these cd's is answer the following question....
Who is the newly announced Technique resident?
If you think you know the answer, email or text us during the show tonight, the winner will be announced just after Dave Martin's set. Email us at studio@lsrfm.com, or text on 07817 92 68 74. Good luck!
