So the first bank holiday weekend in May descends in a matter of days! And spring has (we hope) finally sprung! The weather will be hotting up and by Sunday the 1st the weekend will be in full swing and the second day of bank holiday raving will be underway. Predicting this Chibuku Shake Shakes London crew have decided to team up with some like minded souls, Jumpstart and Housetrained, to create a bank holiday party to remember. Each have invited guest and resident DJ's for some tussling behind the decks, expect a whole host of music styles dropped into the mix and a bloody good party….
Jumpstart celebrates its 4th birthday over this weekend and have invited Colin Peters as their special guest. Colin Peters arrived in Ibiza seven years ago with a box of records and a pile of tapes, first to take note was Mike Manumission who immediately offered him a residency in the Coco Loco bar at his world famous night in Privilege, only the largest club in the world. Catch Colin bringing that bit of Ibiza magic to Sosho this bank holiday Sunday. Jumpstart residents Scott Martin and Neil Chapman are Jumpstart resident DJ's for the night.
House Trained have emerged over the past year as one of the truly exciting new nights in London. Booking guests such as Mylo, Bill Brewster, Hot Chip and acid house stalwart Steve Proctor may have helped their cause somewhat, but equally it is down to the energy and enthusiasm put in to the nights by promoters and residents Ben & Neil Terry.
Prior to the evenings event Jumpstart will be holding a BOAT PAAARRTTTYYYYY
