Flyer Blurb...
If you thought the Summer Jam was wild, wait ‘til you see our next trick. Sick Trumpet and Chibuku will once again be joining forces to bring you another unique party. You know what to expect by now; deep sounds, cool people, and a truly crazy location.
We will be letting off steam on a steam train! Yes that’s right, a bonafide, genuine, real-life steam train! And we don’t mean a static one. We will be riding around the Welsh countryside on a train equipped with a soundsystem and two bars! We have really done it this time.
After the Summer Jam was such a success we thought we couldn’t top it. The vibe was unreal, a proper sense of unity as the punters and the promoters gave everything they could to create a night of intense dancing joy. There is something about like-minded souls coming together at a one-off party that is utter-magic. Letting Off Steam will be a party like no other.
Coaches will take you to the Faulkner, a cool Cheshire boozer and home of Phat Phil’s NuNothern Soul. DJs from Chibuku, Sick Trumpet, Circus and No Fakin will set the scene with some warm winter beats, before we set off to catch the coolest train since Ivor the Engine! The train will have a great soundsystem, two bars (so DON’T bring your own booze), room for dancing, and chairs for chilling. We’ll be stopping off to have a boogie at stations along the way as we ride the rhythm around the countryside. You’ve partied with us in barns, on boats and in basements, but this will be something else.
We find ourselves saying this more and more these days, we expect the tickets to fly out, so don’t sleep on this one. Tickets are very limited; there are only so many ravers we can fit on a train!
Coaches will depart the Magnet, Hardman Street, Liverpool, at 1pm. We will be boarding the coaches to return from Wales at 12.30am, hitting Liverpool again at approx 2am.
Tickets are available from the Masque Box Office priced at £15 + BF. Details and ticketline 0151 708 5125
