Another great vibe down at Studio in July…
Things are really shaping up and it was great to see familiar faces again from the opening night. Thanks everyone!
We combined forces with “Burlesque” in July and had way over 300 in as a result!
The whole club was open including the outdoor garden bar – which gave a real buzz about the night.
Now Burlesque is set to be a regular fixture at Myhouse on a Friday, this is going to mean Studio and Burlesque are going to host some crazy ass parties.
In the Top Room, we really notched up the party vibe for Jojo’s *ahem* 21st birthday and yes, safe to say it was ace!
Long live discodigitalismelectrofunk, Pass the Parcel and crazy shape dancing! If you were there you know what we mean
The Bionics brought some great new material to test, and with James and Kev playing back to back, kept the speakers (and the crowd) pumping throughout their set.
As a little surprise we invited some friends to come and perform…
For half an hour, the Top Room rocked to the beat of a seven piece Samba band! Carnival time! Rio style!
The Posh Mans’ Ferrero Rocher mountain was a major hit, although we think Phil got through half of them ‘cos he hadn’t had his tea!
Studios Urban Ballet were adopting, shall we say a “horsey” theme, complete with swishy tails – aww!
Animals were all over the place actually, Holly did a great job with her face painting skills- and guests were treated to lion, tiger and ghostie faces running about the club to add to the mayhem

So on to the next one……………………..
Friday 4th August- Residents party with Simon Mu (Basics)
The Studio residents are let loose!
No heads down action- we’re heading straight for the party.
AND FEATURING SIMON MU!!
Many of you will know Simon from playing various rooms for the legendary Back to Basics, but he started out with Dream Fm (remember that?!) and has carried his unique sound to Ministry, Turnmills, Gatecrasher, Glastonbury and the Big Chill..brrr
Simon is with us to play one of his typically eclectic back room sets. What can we expect? ……. that’s one thing you will have to come and see!
Al Bradley (3am recordings)
Phil Towers (brique rouge/ phono graffiti)
Jacob (mff / baker street)
Would be great to see you there…
There are drinks promos at all STUDIO events – that’s right folks – its cheaper than drinking in town!
