check out the last 2 pictures where he's rebelled, removed his name badge & has visibly gone down hill

They probably loved his "crazeee" style...kind of exciting for them.... someone who likes to blurt "suck co(ks" randomly all night....
...not wanting to nit-pick but the namebadge was on his jacket, which was removed once the formalities were over...;-)
